Graduated The George Washington University with a Bachelors in Business Administration with a Major in Finance in 1990; Graduated Shepard Broad Law Center, Nova University with a Juris Doctor in 1993. Admitted to the Florida Bar in 1993, Admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 1994.
Practice areas include creditor’s rights, commercial litigation, and insurance subrogation (auto, property, bodily injury, workers compensation, construction, uninsured / underinsured), creditor’s bankruptcy.
Member of Commercial Law League (CLLA), National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP), International Association of Commercial Collectors (IACC), Florida Creditors Bar Association, Florida Association of Collection Professionals. Attended numerous NARCA, CLLA, IACC, ACA, NASP conferences.
