Our Law Firm has over 50 years combined experience exclusively representing creditors in insurance, commercial and consumer matters. We have handled thousands of claims on behalf of major national insurance carriers, rental car companies, municipality collections, banking institutions, manufacturers, distributers and vendors in every industry. We have also worked with hundreds of commercial collection agencies, third party insurance administrators and risk management companies.

Practice areas include creditor’s rights, commercial litigation, and insurance subrogation (auto, property, bodily injury, workers compensation, construction, uninsured / underinsured), creditor’s bankruptcy.
